Original Comment I have once again been charged a $92 fine that occurred in a state I have never been in! This is the fourth time this has happened and your customer service dept as been absolutely no help at all. I work in customer service and this is unacceptable. You keep making the errors yet I am the one who has to spend hours taking people that say they will take care if this and they don't. I am a very long time customer and I will go to another company if this is not resolved. Times are hard and I can't have you continually charge me for fines I did not incur.
