I am hoping someone from Macy's sees this message and helps me. After attempting to make purchases on Macy's website multiple times during the last 2 wks, I have received a message that they are unable to process a payment on my Platinum card.I have called more than 5 times, each person reassures me that the problem is fixed but it wasn't. Today I was told that I canceled my account on Nov. 21-I did not cancel my card! No one is able to help me over the phone. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but see no other choice. Help!
