Original Comment Purchased a shoe online, and the sole started to separate after only wearing it twice. I contacted customer service and was informed that if the store can not deem the shot defective, there's nothing else they can do. So, basically, I am forced to keep a pair of boots that can not be worn and cost me over 60 bucks. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
