Original Comment I have been a tracfone for 5 years. my old phone quit working due to upgrades so I received a new phone from tracfone . It will not work and I have talked with tech support with about 10 different techs and have got nowhere. I'm looking to have this resolved! my phone has not had service for over a month. Very sorry excuse for phone company!
