Original Comment I honestly loved the idea of an ihop in the community but that was quickly gone. It seems like a few black overpowered by many Hispanics. Not one manager is black and I can barely communicate with the ones there. The employees seem overworked due to lack of staff. I see one girl on weekday control and entire side and although she took a few minutes she did great. I feel like if you come to our community at least seem like you care. And for employees doing there best if they cannot appreciate you, you need to know there's always better
