Original Comment WORST NIGHTMARE AAA SMART SECURITY TEMPE, Told us 6 months ago they could do what we requested, they did not. they could not after 5 months of our NEW SYSTEM not working and NOT allowing me to talk to a manager, at 4 in the afternoon they would tell me they were getting ready to go home. When A thousand phone calls got a MS PAL to call me, she seemed caring but was not She allowed herself to be MISLED by GARY the manager, I only had a call and an instant best friend aftter AAA MS PAL got involved, what ensued could not be worse. Lots of flowery talk that in a very round about way he told me that THEY misled us and could not provide what we ASKED FOR 5 MONTHS EARLIER, he gave us TWO proposals, we talked at great length about them. I sent him an EMAIL last week with what we talked about in writing as I didnt trust them at this point. Thursday LATE in the day Gary and I spoke, WE went over the email together, and I said i thought we could do it and would discuss it wuth my partner in the salon who was very leary thinks AAA is the worsT CUSTOMER SERVICE ever, HES RIGHT OF COURSE, SO FRIDAY last week I send an emauil to Gary, saying we were in agreement , and agins putting in writing what we agreed to. HE IGNORED ME didnt respond at NOON i sent him a text He told me he was looking it over but NOTHING i started calling and emailing again at 4 om and continued trying until 4:40 when he answered, HE said &quot;chuck I am in agreement with what you sent' ALL RIGHT WE DID IT AFTER SO MUCH TORTURE we were finally going to start over.. but NOPE, in the email FRIDAY morning I mentioned not to forget your tech told us the keypad would not work, was too old was 12 years, and was not communicating. So John asked me to remind them of that since the goal is to make it work, right?<br /> EVERYTHING CAME AOART he wanted TO START OVER ON NEGOTIATIUOS!!!!! he said &quot;THATS AN EXPENISCE KEYPAD AND YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT AND YOU WILL NEED A NEW CONTRACT!!!!!<br /> STARTING OVER AGAIN!!!!!! I hung up TEN MINUTES LATER WHEN I GOT HOME THIS ROGUE MANAGER SENT ME AN EMAIIL SAYING HE HAD PERMISSION TO CANCEL OUR CONTRACT!!!!!!!! BEWARE DONT TRUST AAA I HAVE NEVER FOUND MORE UNCARING PEOPLE IN MY LIFE!!!! just a big FYI you DONT WANT OUR NIGHTMARE they cant ever secure a two door 1,200 sq ft modern plaza business!!! AND I DIDNT MENTION HE TOLD ME IN ROUND ABOUT FLOWERY TERMS THAT THEY NOT ONLY MISLED US FOR 5 MONTHS BUT THE FOLKS WHO GET THE PROJECTS DIDNT ASK GEROGE THE ROGUE SALESPERSON ANYTHING AND HE SAID THEY SHOULD HAVE! IT DOESNT WORK MAYBE THEY SHOULD HAVE !!! 6 MONTHS UNSECURE AND THEY JUST DROP US,, ISNT THAT TERRIRFIC BEWARE!!!!!
