Original Comment Just got off my flight. Rented a car online. Easily 40-50 people waiting in line in front of me with reservations. There are TWO EMPLOYEES working the counter. <br /> <br /> THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! WILL NEVER GO THRU DOLLAR/THRIFTY FOR RENTAL CARS AGAIN!!
