Original Comment I have done business with many of the food business's in Matthews NC, most I have been pleased with. Your Bojangles location, is a great disappointment. There's a real need for an attitude and service adjustment to most of the staff, as well as the quality of the food. I used to look forward to stopping of a morning for breakfast, but after the overall lack of friendliness and low quality of the food, I'm to the point of complaining and making my feelings known to your. I've been a customer of the store since it opened and have watched a gradual decline, to the point where it is now, where the quality of the food, the service, and general attitude of the employees is deplorable. I took pictures of my biscuit sandwiches this morning. The biscuits were falling apart, the toppings were falling out.<br /> This is unacceptable.
