My husband and I both go to physical therapy, and on the way back we stop and get breakfast at Burger King. So much of the time they seem to get our order wrong. today once again they got our order wrong, and my husband went in to complain about it. Well, he explained to the lady behind the counter what he ordered and what he had gotten. Now he did this three times still she did not understand so she called the manager. Well, the manager to the front, which took forever, my husband told her what he got four times. She then looks at him and ask, What do you want me to do about it? my husband told her he would like to have his breakfast, but way he ordered it. Now all this time she has her hand on the bag of food. A few words were exchanged, but no faile language, He started to leave with the bag without being fixed. She grabbed the bag even tighter, the bag ripped, and our food went everywhere. Well, my husband left without some of his food. Only some because he has it put into two bags, and the other bag was in the car. As her was taking off the manger, I think ran to the door and yelled I got your breakfast and your money, around 20.00. This upset my husband so bad he through the other bag out the window. The manger yelled again and flipped him off. Now this is between 9 and 10 o'clock. This not the first time they gotten our wrong it's almost on a daily basis. I know of twice this week, because one time was with me, and the person fixing the food got it wrong twice, and I corrected her the second time, because I watched her fix them from the front counter. When I told the person behind the counter, she yelled back at the woman that she had gotten our order wrong again. The woman fixed the order, and the cashier all but threw it at me. I thanked her and left. Now my husband is not like that, so I know some works were exchanged. Now my husband and I both speak English, and I try to understand what others are saying to me. Whether it be English or not. My husband just looks at me and tell him what they have said, but I wasn't with him today, and I have no idea if the woman spoke English or not. So not the point this shouldn't be happing as much as it is, and it's not with just breakfast I have had my hamburgers wrong, and everything. Once I got 2 fish sandwiches so dry, I broke them apart and took a picture of them and sent it to you guys. You emailed me a number of times about a coupon I was supposed to get, but never received, to this day.<br /> Something needs to be done, or I'm afraid someone is going to get hurt over it. You know how some people are.<br /> I guess this is all I have to say or will say except it sure would be nice if we could go back to the good old days.<br /> <br /> Suggested solution:<br /> Not sure the problem with the store is fine it is the people running the store
