Omg!!! I have been ordering from QVC and have had issues before but this time is unacceptable and will be my last time ordering! <br /> I placed an order online for a kitchenaid mixer and it didnt go through, i checked the order status and there was nothing. So placed it again. Same thing. Called customer service, she said there was no orders in the system for me and so she placed the order over the phone. The next day i checked order status and there was 5 orders. Immediately called customer service and they said they couldnt cancel them ( dont know why, they hadnt shipped). When 5 mixers arrived as a gift to a relative she refused 3 of them and kept 2 (she thought maybe i ordered myself 1). I called to get a return label for it which they gladly did! THENNNNNNN I get an alert my debit card had charges and my credit card had charges. They cleared out my debit card and charged my credit card for the rest (which maxed it out) !!! I called and she said she reversed the 3 that were sent back and would reverse the other payment when they received the return!! Well if they had cancelled these orders when i called the first time none of this would have happened. Now all my automatic payments that come off for my bills will not get paid!! This was the last straw and will NEVER deal with QVC again after this!!! And the charges still havent came off my cards!!! Im on a very limited income and have nothing to live on for the rest of the month!! Thanks QVC!!!
