Original Comment Does planet fitness, corporate, send complaint s ,grievance s, they receive, back to the gyms the complaints are about? <br /> The whole point of going to corporate, is to make them aware of everything that is happening in their local P.F.gyms. I sent corporate a serious complaint, about ethical violation. Harrassment, and company violations, against a employee. The franchise owner did absolutely nothing about, never even contacted me. I sent a letter to corporate too. I would not be pressing this if I wasn't completely telling the truth. I have contacted a local lawyer. I'm waiting for a witness statement. To proceed. <br /> Everything people are saying on line is accurate, about P.F. corporate. They take down your complaints, walk away.
