Original Comment My family went to the Bojangles located 1015 W. Mercury Blvd in Hampton, Va from the very moment the husband and son stepped into the building was terrible. No one came to the counter after being there for about 10 minutes. The manager was fussing about someone not showing up for work and closing up just a little after 2 pm in the afternoon. When the order was finally placed, the manager was upset because they didn't have enough of what was ordered which was two sandwich combo's. I will never ever step foot in this place again. Poor customer service. And not to mention the person that was taking drive through orders was setting on top of the counter were the food was supposed to be.
