I received broken Dirt Devil. Contacted their customer service . Asked for a return shipping label so I could return and maybe get one that worked. They refused to do that. Asked me for model & mfg number. Gave it to them 3 times in email. They wanted me to make a video with the vacuum plugged in and with on button on. I am a 73 year old woman that does not have the capabilities to do that. They hung up. Called them on phone and talked to Tammy who told me I didn't have to send it back. Got a case #0612209. They told me to cut cord on vacuum and pull sticker off data plate. Since they told me they didn't want it back my landlord took it to the dump because he doesn't like broken things around. I have never been treated like a liar before and I do not feel someone especially the elderly is put through all this ridiculous harassment. Now I am out $60 and have no vacuum because a company doesn't want to make things right without frustration
