Original Comment You are the worst run bank I ve ever dealt with. Over the phone service is incompetent. You push customers off onto online interaction. Hold times always exceed one hour in order to address my requests and never resolve issues. Rudeness and stupidity prevzil. Closed my checking, stuck with credot card. Have now been on this current call one and one half hours. CLEAN UP YOUR ACT or quit!
