Original Comment I am an ANGERY 75-year-old WIDOW!! We had AAA for 10 years. Dropped it for 3 or 4 months. Signed up again in Nov. 2021.I had a battery jump start in Dec.2022. In April 2023, I had to be towed. My wait time was no longer than 30 minutes either time. This time. I called because I have a flat tire. I called around 12:30 PM, YESTERDAY! And it is now 4:19 TODAY! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a REAL PERSON on the phone. You are required to use TEXT messaging. I had to reschedule 2 appointments yesterday. Also had to reschedule 2 appointments today. I am dropping AAA. Iam going to use the Roadside assistance through my auto insurance. It is much cheaper. Better service. And REAL people to talk to. ANGERY IN FLORIDA!
