Original Comment The absolute worst insurance company! In California, they had a class action lawsuit filed against them after the Northridge earthquake in 1994. They under valued homes, repairs, replacement items. My house had over $75,000in damage to it. Allstate had to pay me an additional $20,000 from the lawsuit. I had them here in Georgia. My homeowner's policy was canceled without my knowledge. The computers show letters of notification were sent to my house, but I never received them. Nor did I receive a refund check Allstate stated they had sent to me. They show no proof of service to my residence for cancelation or refund. <br /> The insurance commissioner in California has investiaged and prosecuted Allstate several times. The Georgia insurance commissioner needs to also investigate Allstate for fraud.
