I am deeply disturbed by your company's policies<br /> My credit card was discontinued WITHOUT NOTICE after so many years of being your customer<br /> I was contacted by my credit company since my credit rating was affected. Is that the way you treat customers when malls and large chains like yourselves are going out of business?<br /> I quickly called your macys service line and was rudely told that I had not charged anything from <br /> 2020 to 2023 <br /> Did anyone enlighten you that we had a pandemic <br /> In our country and going to Macys to shop was not a priority?!!!!!<br /> He was very rude and unapologetic....wow this is who is representing you today...you better wake up and smell the coffee or there will no longer be any Macys ....a place that when growing up my<br /> Mother and I got dressed up to go to 34th St for <br /> Shopping in NYC<br /> I wanted to call the corporate office and speak to you directly by to no avail<br /> For such a big corporation you certainly do not know how to treat old customers<br /> Good luck in trying to survive in todays world with this philosophy
