Mgrs name is Susie or Susan??? <br /> My family and I ordered our meal. Meal came out in timely manner, a little cold but that was not the problem. The problem occurred as I am trying to eat I hear a ruckus on the other side of the structure where we are sitting, kitchen is on that side I assume. I hear Arguing, fussing and fighting. Complaints about cleaning, who's doing what and who's not doing what and on and on. It was loud and frankly getting on my nerves. I had all I could stand. I could not finish my meal. I asked for a Mgr. This was quite unprofessional, embarrassing to say the least. The mgr is summoned, presents to our table and lo and behold it was her mouth I heard, the loudest one. She stated &quot;oh, I'm sorry in a matter of fact tone, almost sarcastically as If she didn't know. I told her it was very unprofessional and difficult to enjoy a meal when listening to all that arguing or fussing. I asked her, was that you making all that noise snd she responded &quot;yes.&quot; At this point there really was nothing that could be done because I was disgusted and wanted to leave. I asked my husband to let me out so I could sit in the car and wait till he and my daughter were done. This is very poor mgmt, customer service/relations. When my husband and daughter got to the car, he stated that she took my meal of the ticket. That did not help calm my nerves and regardless should have never have happened. That is not a good way to run a business. She needs training in customer service, how to communicate with her staff, be a leader and be an example to her staff, not the ringleader. <br /> I have never experienced such a thing in my life. Very unprofessional. <br /> Please get her some training!!!
