I had the worst experience when I bought a Mitsubishi outlander from Irving Texas. The customer service was very poker. I bought a new outlander 2022 and on the second day the car stopped on the road with fumes coming out. When I reported to the dealer, they said they cannot do anything with it. They might repair it but no replacement. Just two days and less than 30 miles on the vehicle. I had to visit the leadership several times and beg them and finally they exchanged with another vehicle of same make. It lacked some of the decorative lights. Within a month, check engine sign came to the vehicle and front sensor stopped working. When this was reported, the customer service was terrible. Nobody was friendly with me. Number to number warranty was promised but they said nothing covers under the policy. The engine light start coming very often and each time they run a test they charged me 126 dollars. One time my son went for servicing, the vehicle had less than 20000 miles and they made him change to new tires. They did not give me back the old tires which was good for another 20000 miles. Gap waiver was paid when I bought the vehicle. When I called them after an year, they said the dealership has voided it in 2022. I felt like being cheated by the whole experience.
