Original Comment I had booked a car from Miami Florida to Orlando, Florida on December 29, 2023 as I get to Alamo car rental my reservation was pulled up but I was not verified for some odd reason. The manager was then called over she was no help. She made me wait six hours I had to spend a lot of money going from lot to lot because I had no way of getting in a rental, I missed the flight that was $200 that I lost due to this manager not helping me I had everything that was needed credit cards and passport. She never asked me for anything she just told me she cannot help me that was the worst experience I've ever had to deal with
