I would like to be anonymous. Just a citizen who has noticed that there has been a shopping cart and trash beside your business on Shoteell St in Bainbridge Georgia for at least 4 days now. Its no way a manager or employee has not seen it every time they drive in the parking lot to park.

This advanced auto parts in East Hartford Connecticut is the worst place to get parts and decent service crazy I'm spending money there bringing them business and when I bring parts back in exchange I'm treated as if I went to the junkyard to exchange them . I mean if u make it that difficult for no reason AUTO ZONE isn't that difficult nor unprofessional

I brought a starter from advance auto in graham. A few weeks later the car starting messing up again so we took it to a mechanic who said the starter was not kicking in like it was supposed to The mechanic got a new starter and put it on the car now it is working fine. So I took that starter back to advance to get my money back , but they wouldn't give me my money back. I don't have a lot of money so that hit deep in my pocket. I will never buy anything else from this company.

I have a commercial account and today on 2/23/2023 went to store # 8511 the employee there asked if I needed help I said I am looking for a casket cover then the phone rang and he went to the phone and sat down to talk to the guy on the phone and ignored me after may be 5 minute I told him I am standing here he started yelling and telling me that he is busy and on the phone and I was there before the phone rang then another employee come back and told me he is busy leave him alone and the employee put the guy on phone on hold and came screaming like a mad man then they kicked me out of the store and all that just because I said I am standing here he start using the F word with me and screaming even the other employees did the same and the many I guess came and no one tried to find out what happened at all all they wanted is to kick me out

The comments surprise me. All my dealings with Advance Auto Parts stores have been very positive. Very positive!
For an example, I was driving in a heavy rain near Springfield, Illinois. My old wipers couldn't keep up with the deluge, so I pulled in to a local Advance store. McCarthy is 18 years old. Not only did the parts an immediately locate the correct wiper blade-he came out in the pouring rain to install it for me, no extra charge. I go to Advance Auto Parts whenever I'm on the road and need a part. (I'd do all my shopping at Advance, but I've been doing business with the same NAPA dealer in my tiny town for fifty years-not about to quit him now.

I ordered a horn on Sunday I changed the fuse and mAll her one works so I wanted to cancel the horn order so I said OK they're going to reverse the charges but they charge me $6.50 to have standard shipping and I said I want a refund they told me to get back to you guys you're the only ones you gave me a refund and I did it on my Venmo how can I get a refund of the $6.50 I was never told they were going to take that money and never repay me back

Just had a wonderful experience at your Shreveport store #05551. Your associate Haley D. forever changed my mind about shopping at at Advance instead of my usual "go to store" Auto Zone. I was $5 short on my purchase, and she paid the difference out of her own pocket. I'm still going to call corporate, but I wanted to make sure you give her the alkaloids she so rightly deserves. She made my day, and from now on, instead of driving one block away to Auto Zone... I'll be making the 5 mile trip to her store. Thank you for hearing me, I know you'll do the right thing by her. Went to advance auto parts Maineville Ohio store number 6919. On June 6, 2021
Was waited on by Matt. What an experience. He smells like a Distillery.
The guy was drunk off his ass. The only thing holding him up was the counter. He could barely form a sentence. Le alone look my parts up.
I almost left in disgust.
Fortunately the other person there Steve, was more than helpful and able to complete my order.
Don't know what's going on don't care but I figured someone should know.

Just wanted you to know that your battery return policy is very terrible.I bought a mower battery for my 85 year old Grandfather and found out when I brought it to him it was a fuse so I went 1 hour later to return unused battery and y'all won't return it. So now Iam out $61 for a paper wait. I will drive 5 miles to Auto Zone.

I recently purchased a pair of windshield wipers at your store at 920 McArthur Dr. store in Alexandria, La.. It was raining that day and did not expect an employee to install them that day. I called two days later and asked if they would install them that day and they agreed to do that. The employee made it very obvious by her actions that she did not to be bothered. I have used your store often because it is near my home. I called to talked to the manager but he was out but was told he would he would return my call but never heard from him. Most businesses want to know when they give good service and when they fail.

I would like to give a big thanks to Advanced auto for the help that I got from employee Jeff Nash at store # 3507 in Ashville N.C., He me get my daughter, son-in -law and grand kids back on road due to his connections with customers in the area. They were coming back from a GNCC MOTORCROSS race in Washington, Georgia and broke down, this employee went out to help far beyond his normal duties your are so lucky to have such a great employee as he is just wanted you to know how much I appreciated this employee

Worst experience ever payed for part was guaranteed part would be there by 2 o clock . But when I return they inform me that they forgot to order it. Then refuse to give me my money back even though I had receipt.

This has got to be the worse Auto Zone Shop I have ever visited. When I entered the store there was about 6-8 employees in the store and none of them greeted me because they were too busy talking to one another, they looked at me and continued their conversation with one another.
One of the employees turned and jumped when he saw me because he had no clue I was there. However he(Jorge) tried to help me but,could not. However,he was polite and he tried. This is my first time in this location and trust me, "I WILL NOT RETURN HERE TO THIS LOCATIONS AGAIN" 17520 S. Dixie Hwy, Miami, Florida 33157
I will be passing this visit on to others.

Hello I have purchased brake pads for my car lifetime warranty wear ever gold.went to the shillington store to exchange both front and rear.Scott there said they will not exchange I have recites and original box..I never had an issue exchange in the past .I always shop at advanced ..I didnt choose the non warranty brakes..I spent the extra money for the lifetime warranty..so what is the problem. Pads are worn so they wont pass state inspection..denied exchange on lifetime warranty

Placed an order online so that I could use a $50 off coupon code (only good when ordering online with store pickup). When my husband went into the store to pick up the order, the entire order was wrong. (He had the printed receipt of what I ordered online). The salesman had to re-enter the order, which then made it an instore order, and so not eligible for the coupon. I called Customer Service, and was basically told that because the ordered had to be redone in the store, the coupon code couldn't be used. I reminded them that I placed the order online, and that the order got fouled up in the system somewhere. Not my fault it had to be corrected in the store. Sorry. Too bad. His only suggestions was for me to return everything (18 items) and re-order online again. This will be my last visit to Advance Auto. There are 5 other car care companies within just a few miles of my home.

I purchased a battery at the Advanced store in Evans, GA store #7158. I had them install my battery into my 2011 Hponda Pilot SUV. 10 mins after leaving the store, my locks, interior lights didnt work. I called the store and the employee told me he didnt know what was wrong and advised me to take it to Honda Dealership. The Honda dealership checked my SUV and replaced the blown fuse for $120.60 due to improper installment of my battery. I called the manager of the store last week and have not heard back from the company. I have been a long time customer and have never had a problem before. But, when I had a problem, I expected them to fix their mistake. A good company is not defined by their success, but by how they handle their mistakes. I am very disappointed in their lack of response.

Sadly they let there employees drink and spoke weed in park n lot at location off frontage road the warehouse where there a guard at gate but it's ok to drink and spoke in your car or van in park in lot poor service!!

advance auto parts 3031 Mechanicsville turnpike. waiting for a week for someone to contact me about a part that was special order. finally went to the store to see if the part had come. no one seemed to know anything about it from management on down. treated like it was my fault. rude employees and general manager. acted very threatening like the cops would be called on me. no need for such harshness. very upset about this experience. will tell everyone not to shop advance auto parts.
