Last week I purchased a Northface wind breaker jacket for my Husband's Anniversary gift. It is made of 100% Polyester...which is made 100% from Petroleum! This is OK with me..and so is it ok with me that ALMOST ALL of the clothing and other items I've purchased over the years from Northface are made from products from the Oil & Gas Industries! WHAT IS NOT OK WITH ME.. is the arrogant and hypocritical ads, actions, and policies coming from Northface distancing yourselves and being critical of the very industry's that your products are made from!!!
If I wasn't ok with products made from Petroleum, I could have darn well purchased a 100% Cotton jacket from Iron Road in Seattle for $1,000!
BE REAL! BE HONEST! Don't "pretend to be a company you are not"! OWN YOUR DEPENDENCE UPON THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY OR GO 100% NATURAL AND ORGANIC! Pandering to the "extreme left" who are trying to destroy the Oil and Gas Business in this Country does not serve you well....and makes Northface look FAKE!
'Go woke and go broke"! I may just return the wind breaker because I am disgusted with Northface! KEEP MAKING QUALITY OUTDOOR GOODS AND STAY OUT OF POLITICS!

Hello North Face,
Virtue signaling is really bad for your public image and even worse for business. As I did when Nike portrayed Colin Kaepernick as a national hero, I'm going to stop buying your products and discard anything with your brand on it. It's difficult to continue your guise as climate saviors and earth worshippers as your executives jet around polluting the environment. It's even more difficult to produce and advertise your products which are manufactured from petroleum. You should change your name to Two Face, that would certainly be truth in advertising!

Today the north face lost all of my business and my family's business. Once that we found out that you denied selling 400 jackets to an oil and gas company in Texas to have their logo put on them. My husband is a professional petroleum engineer in Oklahoma City. My brother is an oil and gas manager in West Virginia and Ohio. My nephew is a welder in oil and gas in My husband is a professional petroleum engineer in Oklahoma City. My brother is an oil and gas manager in West Virginia and Ohio. My nephew is a welder in oil and gas in Pennsylvania Ohio and West Virginia. My other nephew works on site prep and oil and gas in Pennsylvania Ohio and West Virginia. My father worked for Pennzoil out of Texas for 30 years. Do you realize you need the petroleum products for your laptop computers for your registers or some of the clothing items that you make.

I am facing a bad problem with such a prestigious and good brand, Never thought I would be going through this much hassle..

I ordered something and returned it to Paramus, NJ -NorthFace store and got a gift card of value $249- a Physical gift card.

10 days back I thought of using it and found the Balance is now $0. Called Customer Care and they told me you need to talk to store and they cannot do anything.

They gave me details like-
It was issued on May7th and whole amount is used on June12 BUT IN CALIFORNIA and I am living in NJ, never went to California, the gift card is physical and it is with me right now, never stolen, so how would the gift card is showing $0 now??

So I can only assume the system generated 2 gift cards of same number or the Gift cards are getting hacked or may be some other reason, that Northface can tell me ??

The PARAMUS,NJ Store is not cooperative at all, spoke to manager, he is saying he cannot do anything and I should file a police complaint which I would be doing but I asked him who is responsible and who is representing NorthFace, Why cannot you check internally with California store and open up store cameras to see what happened on June 12 at that time and who used the physical gift card. They must have footage with them, But no response from them..

Only thing the store manager is repeating to file a police complaint and it is then between ME and police.. and not with NorthFace, So does he meant will not get my $249 ?? or How long I need to wait for my money ??

Now AS A BRAND -NORTHFACE - Please let me know who is responsible here ??? from where I will get my MONEY back..

GUYS I am not sure I am alone facing this problem, if something is going with you or happened with you in PAST, we can connect and take this further.

I am a big fan of North face I own 4 jackets my self and have bought my granddaughter 6 so far I have a Hyvent and have misplaced the liner from inside and was hoping I can get another one Please help ... Thank you so much the Jacket is a Small Mustard Yellow and Grey

I am writing to advise you that I will NOT shop at your store again. Yesterday I shopped at your Victor Ny store and paid for my purchase with a check. I was told that my check couldn't be processed . When I asked why I was told that TeleCheck wouldn't approve it. I explained that in late November I had written a similar check amount and also in early December and there wasn't a problem with either one of them and that have long cleared the bank. The employees couldn't have been nicer but they obviously didn't know why this check couldn't be accepted. When I called TeleCheck they told me that it was because I haven't had enough "credit history". When I asked what that meant she told me that I haven't written enough "small amount checks". I will not be forced to use a credit card at your store and I will NOT be making any small nor large purchases at North Face ever again. I will be visiting my bank this am and sharing my experience with them as well. I will not be humiliated by TeleCheck in your store EVER again. Goodbye North Face!!

I have purchased 2 Osito (soft) northface jackets for my daughter for Christmas in the past two years. I have followed the care instructions and they look matted. The second one she hasn't even had a full year and already is looking terrible. I don't understand why they wear so terrible?? Her pink one is just awful looking and it looked like that shortly after a year and her friends asking what is wrong with the jacket??? These coats are not cheap and I am very disappointed in these coats. Highly debating even buying anymore of these as I know she would like another color this Christmas. Are there any guarantees????

I am in desperate need from Someone within The North Face corporation!!

I purchased The North Face tri-climate jacket and noticed soon after that the Velcro was damaging The North Face embellium threads.

I began e-mailing your customer service and the warranty department. To which I did receive a return e-mail stating your company was aware of the problem and informed me to return my coat for repairs. I then called your toll free number and was informed I must have a return form with my jacket sent for repairs, therefore the person whom I spoke with took my address and did mail me the form.

At that time I completed the form and returned the item to the only address I was given.

As of July 7th the tracking number to this item has shown that my jacket has been at this PO number waiting for pick up!!

I e-mailed your representative to inform her of this, to which she returned an e-mail , approximately 7/9/13, asking my tracking number,etc. I replied with all information requested. I have continued to e-mail and call your toll-free number on numerous occasions, and as of today 8/11/13 I Still Have Not Received Any type of Response!!!!

As winter is quickly approaching in Tennessee I am becoming very concerned with this issue..Not to mention the disappointment I have experienced with The North Face company.

Please restore my faith in the quality and warranty of your product!!

I have two a pair of boots that have not been warn until 3/04/13. They have been in the closet sense they were purchased a few years back because they are cold weather boots and I moved to NC Iwent to up state NY put my boots on started to walk in the woods looked at my boots they were both cracked at least eight inches on both boots and also I have a light water proof jacket that is pealing on the inside I'm very disappointed with the quality I feel your products which should never have done this.
