Please allow me vent, rant, and rave. On September 7,2020 late in the evening you cut my power. I was told it was to preserve power and help prevent fire hazzard. No one took the time, or cared, to notice we were already in the middle of a fire hazzard. Hamlet the Bear fire. But, in your infinite wisdom, you did cut power. You cut off power, phone service, Tv, internet, and water. We had no way to obtain fire information until police showed up by and told us to leave now. Even if I had the possibly to defend my home by because you cut any possible access to water you made that impossible. I do not know if I could have saved my home,but took me that option away from by me. My home was not large but had been in my family I for over by 50 years. It was built by by my father in. Now because you just had to be cut power for a what by ever reason and deny me any be chance I of defending be it, no water, all I have is ash. I may have been able to do so by but I will never know.
