Original Comment VISA HAS GIVEN OUT MY NEW NUMBER TO A COMPANY THAT I HAVE CLOSED AN ACCOUNT. HOW CAN THIS BE POSSIBLE, I NO LONGER HAVE A VISA CARD THRU MY BANK. I THOUGHT ALL INFO. AND NEW CARD NUMBERS WERE PRIVATE. FOR ALL THE WORRY AND TROUBLE THIS HAS COST ME,I BELIEVE VISA OWNS ME!
