Serveral of the call center representative, are very rude to the customer. They are taking the customer money and stating they are not going to assist them if the service on there phone does not work. The individual involve in my dispute are as follow. <br /> Ray B. the operator who tells you no matter what you do management will not assist you. But put a service ticket in anyway. Moreover, the problem is not with them but, it with Verizon.<br /> <br /> Alexis operator 1190 - who tells you that she can not transfer you to management because of your ticket, and because management will not allow it.<br /> <br /> Lynn H ext 348 &amp; Yvette V. Ext 349 - who advise their fellow co-worker that they are not allowed to transfer calls to management<br /> <br /> Cheryl from Human Resource - ext 339 - who states there is a Customer Complaint line that dont exsist. And then disconnect the call when stating she is going to transfer you.<br /> <br /> The final individual involved in my case is James, the management, who is rude and yells at you and tell you that you have to purchase a phone and switch service, because it is not their problem if my phone does not work, after being recorded.<br /> <br /> I truly hope corporate take the time to retrain the employees, at the Holland, OH call center, the escalation process is not efficient or satisfactory at all. <br /> <br /> When a customer is trying to recieve proper service for business call.<br /> <br /> Im a business owner, and if I was Verizon, if the contracted individuals are not representing us correctly, I would discontinue partnership. They are bad business for Verizon.
