The past two times, 7/18, and 7/21, were not pleasant at all. Hair in my ice bucket on each occasion (different rooms), no laundry soap available at front desk despite signs in laundry area, causing a wild goose chase to area gas stations. Finally, business time; go to business center, do some work, organize receipts, look for printer... Front desk &quot;Oh no, sorry, you can't print anything, someone stole the port off of our printer, so we took it out.&quot; Really?? Lovely, I just wasted 20 minutes of my evening on a laundry soap hunt, and another 30 minutes in the business center because apparently management is incompetent, or simply doesn't care. Please fix it, or I will simply make sure our management knows of the problems, and have them book our group next door to the Hilton Garden Inn... A Lot...
