Hello, I purchased Rosetta Stone 22-Apr-08, order #2710608, Customer #2666636. I have been attempting, without any luck, to reactivate my program by contacting your support team at 1-800-280-8172. It appears they have no interest in doing this since I reached my limit for activations. I've recently installed my OS on and SSD and I'm sorry to say I didn't deactivate the program. I always forget to do this but that should not interfere with my attempt a reactivation. I should be able to install my program, after all I did buy it, as many times as I want without jumping through hoops to get it going again. My program is Spanish LA 1 v3 PE and my activation key is Z4X3BD-ZC7D5-C5D9X-6C555-Z86645. Hopefully you can help me get my program reactivated without having to write letters of complaint to you organization. Thank you.
