Original Comment i stayed at the best western in gulf shores al on labor day weekend at the time we checked in the room smelled of smoke and when we reported it to the maid on the hall she said it was ok then we found several bugs running around r room when we turned the lights on!!! again when we reported this they wanted to spray the room with commerical bug spray while we were in there. after we checkd out my credit card was then billed 250.00 dollars saying that we smoked in the room, which we dont even smoke,plus we had already reported the smell. my guess is that the maid had to be the one smoking and charging the quest for the smell. I will dispute the charges and feel you need to contact me on this matter thank you michelle little
