Original Comment The Orbitz rescheduled my flight out of blue after a month of original purchase, make me leave Barcelina, Spain earlier then I wanted to, 7:40am instead of 12:05pm, separated me from my boyfriend with no apology. When we asked fpr a reason, they lied to us and blamed on Lufthansa. But we found out the truth.<br /> After 7 hours of negotiation with Orbitz Reps we finally got back together on the same flight but had to switch to early flight. Our dream vacation become a nightmare thanks to Orbitz. Please, wake up, help those who need help, stop saying thing in such a robotic way, improve CS to the level of UNDERSTANDING and COMPASSION . Orbitz you suck!!!!!
