Original Comment My wife and I stayed in the Comfort Inn of Belle Vernon, Pa. 10/19 and 10/20. The mattress was so worn it was like a hammock! On the first morning we went to use the exercise room. Whoa we opened the door and couldn't go any further, the smell nearly knocked us out. Saturday we came back after visiting relatives and wanted to shower before going to my wife's reunion, housekeeping had never entered our room. I went to the desk and did get clean towels. Comfort Inn desk staff was nice but they couldn't do anything except apologize.
