To whom it may concern,

This letter is to compain about the service I recently received from your company.

I called Aetna on November 11,2012 to have my mail order precription refilled in the amount of fifty dollars in which I authorized this payment from my City National Bank checkings'account, confirmation #31513551. I knew that I had a past due balance in which I mailed a check for fifty dollars from my Wells Fargo account, because the funds we're not available in my City National Bank's account. Not once did your representative imform me that if there is a past due balance that the billing department would automatically steal the funds from my checking account without my consent. By them taking a total of $100.00 instead of $50.00 out of my account has caused me to be charged overdraft fees that I should not pay due to Aetna's actions on my account, again without my consent.

I called Aetna on November 14, 2012 to find out how to deal with this problem. Finally when a representative answered after being on hold for several minutes. I was transferred to several different representatives having to explain my problems repeatedly. I was then informed that the billing department automatically takes the past due funds from your account without your consent and they have the right to take funds from my account. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated?

I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend anymore time on these problems, I am cancelling my presciption mail order immediately, and I expect a full refund. From the start I had a problem with my mail order. I was also not imformed that in order to have a 90 day supply it had to be specified on the precrition from the doctor. This was my main reason for doing mail order to save money. Aetna has caused me extra money and a lot of frustration. I will be informing my friends and family about my experience.
