Original Comment Oh boy! do I have a complaint!..I signed my mother up for earthlink back in Aug then she wanted to cancel her account as she did on time! However earthlink has been taking money out of her bank account every month since for the regular monthly service fee. She canceled her account with earthlink so why on earth would you still be taking my mother s money??? She has been back and forth with them and they are not willing to take care of the problem, so I have taken matters into my own hands and hired an attorney to help my mother get her money back that earthlink shouldn't have taken from her in the first place...you people are crooks taking advantage of the elderly, you make me sick. I promise you we will win this!!! Disgusted!
