Original Comment We stayed at Best Western in Yucca Valley CA. Very bad experience. Will never stay again. Room was dirty with apples on the floor and only 1 towl. This was a jacuzzi room. We had to ask for more towls and they were very rude about it. NO HOT WATER. We paid extra for the jacuzzi and could not even use it. We went outside the to use the hotel jacuzzi and it was broke. Breakfast was discusting! Wehn we checked out the girl stated tha a manager would be contacting me and an adjustment would be made to our account. To this day I have never heard from them and no adjustment was ever made. Very poor management!
