The fact that you request your commenters to "Please avoid using profanity." indicates to me that a lot of them have felt the same level of frustration which I have been going through in the past few days. Your company does not provide a contact telephone number to talk to someone at your corporate offices in Minnesota. Instead, we are sent halfway around the world to talk to Yimi or Lily or R.J. somewhere in the Philipines...None of these people seem to have the authority to effect any refunds or substantive assistance. I deal with mail-order companies all the time, ranging from L.L.Beans to Walmart to lawn equipment companies to Match.com, etc...All of them provide a very good Customer Service department. One short phone call and it's problem solved. On the other hand, your failure to provide a human voice in Eden Prairie makes your customers feel that you're running some sort of scam and ripping people off. I know that's the impression I have of your company. I have a very small problem, which could be solved in a few minutes of conversation with a Customer Service person, and my inability to talk to someone in Eden Prairie who actually has a clue has evoked within me a great deal of anger with DRI...I want a refund of $9.95 from you which was not authorized to be charged to my Debit Card...and then I want DRI to forever after leave me alone...
