Original Comment I need to report a fraud. I believe its fraud to take someones money and then prevent them from playing the game they paid to upgrade. I have bought many Zynga gifts cards and even paid for online credits from Facebook, to play Zynga's online games over the past 3 years. I have multiple screen shots of Cityville asking me to spend a specific amount of game credits to purchase an item and then after i agree, i am changed a higher amount. Now Zynga has done something to disable my games. There have been multiple issues with Cityville over the past 2 years. My Cityville game has been disabled for more than a year now. Recently my Farmville game has issues that prevent me from playing. I have contacted the developers 100's of times with no avail. My wife plays the same games using the same computer and ISP, but her account still has access. I believe Zynga has done something to prevent me from playing the games that i have paid money to play. Please help me rectify the situation. Thanks for your consideration
