Original Comment I am getting alittle tired of not getting my questions answered when I place them to customer service about my account and how I can get my money back into my accounts where the money was taken from. Companies have refunded my money for returns? But I have not seen the money back into my accounts. Every time I ask those questions I never get an answer or help in solving the problem. Really just the run around. There is not an easy way to post a question about a problem that they will answer in depth and HELP YOU OUT. I pay my smart connect bill when it is due and I expect to be treated with respect and have my questions answered. Why is it so difficult for them to do that. Thank-You for your time and I hope you can help. Valerie Watts
