We as stock holders (Medco buy outs) also aslo have been having problems. We have been searching for several days to find the address or phone number of this company. There is no address or pbone number on their stock. All efforts on yahoo or google same results. They list no such organzation in NYC, Brooklyn or St. Louis. We received our stock certificates from American Stock Transfer &amp; TrustCo,LLC in Brooklyn, google nor yahoo can find any such company also. <br /> Our objective was to transfer some of the stock.
