Original Comment My name is Pat. I would like to file a complaint against customer service. One week ago you slapped a TOS violation on my late husbands account. Well one week later and 3 emails later I have failed to receive any kind of response from you. You would think that for an offense as serious as cheating I would have the right to defend myself immediately and not in the manner for which I have been treated. If this is the way you treat your customers I would hate to see how you treat your business associates. I am deeply upset that you would treat a matter such as this so casually. I have removed all Zynga ganmes and blocked them. I will not now nor ever play another Zynga game.
