Original Comment I am a very unhappy customer. I play word with friends and it is anything but friendly. The application consistently drops my games and when I try the support options all I get is the runaround. I will NOT recommend any Zynga games nor will I continue to play any Zynga games. Additionally I would like a refund of the money I have paid to bypass the ads in the hopes that it would help solve this problem.
