Original Comment Century Link is the worst business I have ever encountered! I am expect corporate to be a better fix to my problem...I cancelled my land line about 2 years ago and ever since I have gotten a headache from Century link I had to promise to buy a cell phone with them to get any help. I will not subscribe to anymore services from century link. NO WAY! I am asked everytime I call if I want a land line and when I will be coming on board with Verizon. My answer is never. I am unbundling all of my serives to pay each and every bill myself I am sick of Century Links customer service reps. They don't correct any problem but want to argue and create more problems I am sure my computer was destroyed due to passive aggressive behavior and that I no longer want a land line or cell service with Century Link and as a matter of a fact as soon as I can I will be leaving.
