I have used this location for many years. I have recently spent over $3000.00 for tires for myself and my family. Last week we took my daughters car to this location due to a flat. They replaced the tire under the road hazard warranty. We were informed that the right front tire was wearing on the inside and the car needed to be aligned. It left your store and went directly to Midas. They aligned the car and we brought it back to your location to have the tire replaced. It was replaced, when we drove off it was pulling to the right very bad. We took it back to Midas and they checked the alignment and it was right on. Midas told us to take it back to Discount Tire because there is an obvious tire issue. We took it back to discount and they said the tires were fine. I called Tom at Midas and he personally checked the car and said it is the tires and the only way discount could know this was to break the tire down and inspect them. When I spoke to Chris at discount he told me it was going to be taken care of. It did not. It doesn't matter if someone spends 300 or 3000 you should still give quality service. This was not the case here. I am less than impressed with what I have received getting service for my family this time. I did not get any kind of &quot;Discount&quot; at discount tire for spending what I have. I did get discounted on service. It would appear that your company has gotten so big and busy that you can't afford to conduct quality as before. This will conclude my doing business with discount tire going forward. I will also inform everyone I know of the kind of treatment I got with this experience. Incidentally, Midas took care of the issue. They were busy but made time to do discounts job (at no charge). I will continue to do business with them.<br /> <br /> By the way, Saturday when we dropped off both of my sons vehicles for new tires all around we were informed that we would be called when ready. 2 hours later we dropped by to check and they had been ready for quite a while. Just too busy to call and let us know. You now have one less customer to have to call. I'm sure this won't make a difference to your company but it will to me.<br /> <br /> Duane Fugate
