Original Comment We purchased a prepaid debit card for our daughter to go to Europe with. I can not tell you how many times I have had to call customer service to change a pin, change our password, change something because we are locked out of the system - AGAIN. I get a Customer Service person who is from India and it is near to impossible to understand them. I even had one girl say she was not paying attentions please repeat what I said!! I did understand that!! She hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. WE chose AMEX because our good friends had said Customer Service is amazing. She has not used it in 2 yrs !!! LOL just wait. So much for an AMERICAN card!!
