Original Comment The customer service is so bad at the Dillards in Mcallen Texas. I recently received a gift that someone purchased for me with their debit card. I tried to return and was told that they could only put it on a dillards gift card or back to their credit card which was a debit card. If you return anything at any other store and it is paid with a debit card they always give you cash back. The manager on site at the was Raul Chavez he did seem very knowledgeable about the return policy..... I will never shop at this store again.
