Original Comment on june 16,2013 i had lab work in one of you labs located in the university of tennessee hospital in knowville, tn.<br /> the experience was terrible. my wait was 55 minutes. the reason for the long wait i feel was your employees were standing around visiting with each other. the lab teck at the front desk was chewing widely on gum, standing and talking with a man at the desk for the whole 55 minutes. i asked how many tecks they had and the teck that drew my blood said the &quot;supposively had 3&quot;. at the time she was the only one helping the patients. this is truly unacceptable with the patients that were really sick and waiting in wheel chairs and unable to wait this length of time.
