Original Comment Agree with all the previous comments. Had called Express Scripts and ask to speak to a pharmacist to change my prescription from Lipitor to Atorvastatin.Two days later I received a shipment of Lipitor with a bill for $400+.Called Express Script right away and was told I ordered the Lipitor by phone..Have called at least 10 times and spoken to different supervisors with no specific person assigned to the case and so have to repeat the scenario all over with no resolution. Have written letters with no response. Am being threatened with a collection agency but who am I suppose to talk to about this?<br /> Beware dealing with Express Scripts.!!!!!
