Just bought the nuvi 54LM. I've over 35 experience on mainframes, desktops, laptops and tablets.<br /> <br /> The 54LM is not ready for prime time.<br /> <br /> The support service is terrible. They clearly did not read my questions because they answered questions I did not ask. And, to reply I need to recreate the entire first communication and insert my second round of questions. Every other tech help site asks you to refer to a reference number and/or allow you to add to or edit your previous questions.<br /> <br /> I still can't register the device. I still can't get answers to my questions because the e-mail contact site has been down for two days.<br /> <br /> I will never, ever buy a Garmin device again.
