Original Comment i have never worked with a bigger bunch of hang ups, lies! always on hold for them. can we please start a group to put these out of business. a supervisor hung up on me. on hold for over half an hour the next time. this company sucks and deserves to be put out of business. please everyone....notify the bbb and your attorney general. let's put a stop to this disrespectful company. 8 months and still not working right. 3 browsers, and not one that works with centurylink correctly. if i could just have 5 minutes face to face with stop paying your bills and let's start a class action suit against them for what they have already taken from us!!!!! it is bad enough the service sucks, i ought to at least get good customer service!
