Original Comment Customer service is atrocious! I've written 3 letters questioning the impossible to figure out billing statement, with NO reply. My wife tried a chat session that went on forever, and the co rep could not begin to answer any questions. When asked for a mailing address to send the letters to, she was told there is none and no one answers letters - duh!
