On December 6, 2013 I made a call to customer service concerning a few things about my bill. I disconnected service with direct tv at the end of the year which was November 15 2013. This email confirms that your DIRECTV service has been disconnected on 11/15/2013 12:00:00 AM per your request. At least four times on the call I requested their Id number and a supervisor and I was totally ignored on my requests. I got placed on hold again for a fourth time and suddenly I get the if you wish to make a call please hang up and dial again.
