Original Comment Like the other coments I have spent over an hour trying to contact someone at MOtorola (800-734-5870). I was hung up on twice and am currently on hold. I was greeted with a pleasant voice asking me to hold and letting me know that it may be 5 minutes or more to reach a support agent. I was on hold for 12 minutes the first time then hung up on, 20 minutes the second time then hung up on, and currently it has been 13 minutes. I am in sales and if I treated customers like this I would no longer be in sales. Rest assured that unless I get in touch with someone soon who can help solve my problem not only will I never purchase a Motorola product again, I will go ut of my way to let others know that this is not a company you should support.
